Terms of service

1. Who we are

NineToFiveJobs ("we", "us") is the trading name of the operator of ninetofivejobs.co.uk. Contact: info@ninetofivejobs.co.uk or 020 3838 8036.

2. What we sell

We sell a digital document service: a rewritten CV in UK format, cover letters, a LinkedIn profile rewrite, and a list of current job openings at employers that appear on the UK government's public register of licensed sponsors. The exact contents depend on the package you buy, as described on the packages section of our homepage at the time of purchase.

3. What we are not

• We are not a recruitment agency and do not introduce you to employers or submit applications on your behalf.
• We are not immigration advisers. We do not give advice on visas, sponsorship eligibility, dependants or immigration status. Any links we provide to GOV.UK or to regulated advisers are for your information only.
• We are not connected to UK Visas and Immigration, the Home Office or any government body.
• We do not guarantee that you will receive a job, an interview, a sponsorship offer or a visa. Job openings we list are taken from public job boards and employer sites and may close or change at any time.

4. Your responsibilities

• The information you give us must be true. We only use facts you provide and will not add experience, qualifications or skills you do not have.
• You are responsible for checking every document before you send it to an employer.
• You must be 18 or over and able to enter a contract.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver your pack within 5 hours of receiving your completed details form, when that form is received between 9am and 5pm UK time on a working day. Details received outside those hours are treated as received at 9am on the next working day. Delivery is by email and, if you opt in, WhatsApp, with a secure download link. Delivery times are targets, not guarantees, and may occasionally be longer.

6. Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card details.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Because your pack is a personalised digital service that we begin producing as soon as you submit your details, at checkout you agree that we may start work immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once production has begun (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 37).

Separately from your statutory rights, we offer our own promise: if you are not happy with what you receive, reply to your delivery email or contact us within 48 hours of delivery and ask for a refund. We review every request and, where the work does not match the package description, we refund in full. One refund per customer. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Intellectual property

Once paid for, the documents we produce for you are yours to use. Our templates, prompts and systems remain ours.

9. Liability

We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the documents, from decisions taken by employers, or from changes to immigration rules. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Data

How we handle your personal data, including your CV, is set out in our privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring claims in their country of residence where the law allows.
